1. All shirts are designed by me and heat-pressed right here in Warren, Michigan. We press popular designs and sizes in small batches ahead of time so we can ship your order within 24 hours.

2. Refunds & Replacements  

   – Wrong size/color or damaged in shipping? Contact us within 14 days and we’ll replace it free.  

   – Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size? No refunds or exchanges on correctly fulfilled orders.

3. Shipping  

   We ship with USPS Ground Advantage. You pay exactly what USPS charges (calculated at checkout). Once it leaves Warren, we’re not responsible for lost or delayed packages, but we’ll always help track it down.

4. Intellectual Property  

   All designs, logos, and the phrase “Take Me to the Car Show” are owned by Casey Faitel. You’re buying the physical shirt only — not the right to reproduce or resell the design.

5. Age  

   You must be at least 18 years old, or have parent/guardian permission, to place an order.

6. Accuracy  

   Colors may vary slightly from your screen because of printing and fabric differences — that’s normal with heat-pressed apparel.

7. Limitation of Liability  

   Our responsibility is limited to the cost of your shirt. No extra damages.

8. Governing Law  

   Michigan, USA.

9. Changes  

   We can update this page anytime. The version live when you ordered applies.
