Every order is heat-pressed and packed by me in Warren Michigan. Processing: We ship within 24 hours of your order (Monday–Friday). Weekends and holidays excluded.
Shipping Method: USPS Ground Advantage (calculated at checkout — you only pay what USPS charges us, nothing extra).
Delivery Times (after we drop it off):Lower 48 states: 2–7 business days
Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes: 5–10 business days
Canada & International: 10–21 business days (customs delays possible)
Tracking: You’ll get a tracking number the second it ships.
Lost Packages: If USPS says delivered but you never got it, contact us within 14 days and we’ll replace it free.
International Orders: Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are your responsibility.
