Returns & Refunds – Casey Faitel Car Videos Merch We press every shirt ourselves in Warren, Michigan and we stand behind the quality 100%. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — no hassle. You have 30 days from the day your package is delivered to start a return. We accept returns for these reasons: Wrong size or design shipped
Printing or shirt defect (fading, cracking, holes, etc.)
Damaged in shipping
You simply don’t love it (yes — “remorse” returns are okay too)
What we’ll do: Defect / our mistake → Free return shipping + full refund or free replacement (your choice)
You changed your mind / sizing mistake → You pay return shipping back to Warren, MI → we give you a full refund the day we receive it (as long as the shirt is unworn and unwashed)
Easy return steps:Email qualitywindowcleaner@hotmail.com (or reply to your order confirmation) within 30 days
We’ll reply with the return address and instructions (usually within a few hours)
Drop it in the mail — that’s it
Notes: Shirts must be unworn and unwashed (tags can be removed — we get it)
Original shipping cost is non-refundable (except when it’s our fault)
We reserve the right to refuse repeated abuse, but we’ve never had to
We don’t expect many returns because we wear and wash-test everything ourselves first — but if you’re not happy, we’re not happy. Questions? Just message me. I answer personally, usually the same day. Thank you for supporting the channel!
